Staying in Wales works with Wales.info, VisitWales.com and the Regional Tourism Companies in Wales towards a future where information, product quality and profit go hand in hand with quality of life. To this end we recognise the growing importance of Broadband and the increased need of visitors to have quality information at their fingertips. Basic membership is free to businesses registered with VisitWales, or in membership of industry groups such as the Regional Tourism Companies which are recognised by the Wales Tourism Alliance. Basic members gain free listings on the StayingInWales.com network and all Wales.info affiliated websites. They also receive a regular Bulletin providing reports on worldwide marketing activity and planned new developments.

Over 15 years of publishing for Wales' visitors have resulted in testimonials from consumers and trade alike. They trace events from newspaper publishing throughout the 1990s to new media publishing from 1998 onwards, leading to the launch of StayingInWales.com for visitors in January 2003 and the Wales.info holiday portal in November 2005.
